Jonathan Crenshaw is his name.
He frequents the Lincoln Road Mall in Miami’s South Beach. According to the Miami Herald, he has no arms and was photographed painting with his feet.
According to Miami-Dade Corrections, he was charged with Aggravated Battery on Tuesday.
According to Miami New Times, Cesar Coronado, a 22-year-old Chicago resident, and his girlfriend stopped by the South Beach area on Monday to ask Crenshaw for directions.
Crenshaw then allegedly took out a pair of scissors and hit Coronado.
Coronado was found with blood on his left hand. Crenshaw was taken into custody the next day. He told the officer that the stab was self-defense according to the Herald.
Crenshaw will be tried on July 18. His bond was set at $ 7,500.
