NAPLES (Florida) – A Florida boy was sentenced to 20 years in prison for a fatal accident that resulted in the death of 13 years old.
According to The Naples Daily News, Pedro Silva-Diaz, 35 years old was convicted of driving without a license and leaving the scene after the accident.
Authorities claim that Silva-Diaz was driving in East Naples when his car struck Shaden Colvin’s bike. Silva-Diaz was arrested that night. The boy was pronounced dead the next day. The Silva-Diaz trial ended in June in a wrong verdict.
