WATER BREEZE. According to Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office, a man was taken into custody for walking naked in a residential area with an oil bottle and going through the rain on Thursday night. MPs were called to Woodlawn Way on Thursday to investigate a naked man who was walking close to a front door.
Another resident claimed that he was looking at a naked man while he stood in the rain, holding a plastic bottle. According to his detention report, the bottle contained vegetable oils.
The deputy approached the man and he ran around the truck until he caught up to him. He then took the bottle. He fled after the deputy tried to handcuff him.
According to the report, the deputy used a stun gun against the man, and he fell on his back, disregarding the order to stop.
According to police protocol, the man told MPs that the man lives in the area and that he gets sexual satisfaction by walking naked in rain and clutching his penis.
He stated that he always carries vegetable oil because he loves to use it on his feet. He stated that he has walked naked around his neighborhood at least once, but that he prefers to be naked on the beaches, particularly Pensacola Beach or Navarra Beach.
He claimed that he walked naked for about an hour and a quarter and that he visited Woodson Beach High School during his walk.
The Santa Rosa County Jail was booked the man on charges of vagrancy and loitering, lewd behavior, resisting violence, and exposing his genitals.
