Palm Bay police have arrested a 24-year old man who was fatally stabbed in the back. They said it was a result of a food dispute.
Nihongo Mahango, Palm Bay, is being charged with second-degree murder as well as aggravated battery. He is currently being held without bail in Brevard County Jail.
It was around 13:35. Police responded to reports of armed protests at the 1400 Wake Forest Road compound on Friday. Police released a press release saying that Quentin L. Tracy, a Palm Bay resident, was found with multiple stab wounds. Tracy died later from her injuries. According to police, Mkhango was identified as Tracy’s roommate. He was taken into custody on the spot.
