WFLA County (Fla.) A Florida man was charged with dumping a child along the side of a road after he believed he was gay.
Haynes Police Department, 30-year-old Evenod Julius was arrested on Sunday night. He was found by a boy who was crying inside a bag containing several items in it.
The boy told the officer that Officer Julmeus had kicked him out of his house because he believed he was gay.
The exact relationship between Yulmeus, the boy, and Yulmeus is not revealed in the police report.
According to the boy, Yulmeus had told him to get in the car after a verbal argument. Yulmeus drove the boy to Highway 27 near Haynes Police Department. Yulmeus told the boy that Yulmeus had ordered him to go outside and said, “The police will find you new homes.”
Yulmeus was able to get the boy out of the car and returned home.
According to the police station, the boy was left at the station without food, water, or money.
Police claimed that a passerby saw the entire incident and reported it to the station.
According to the report, Yulmeus explained that the boy had disappeared when his mother asked him where he was. He also said that if she wanted the boy to be pursued, he would meet her at the police station.
The woman then left her home to go find her son.
Yulmeus was charged with child neglect.
