Bowling Green police have accused a Florida man of the attack. They claim he was driving under pressure and crashed into a car.
According to police, Brett Ray was not in good health when he pulled into the traffic lights at Lavers Lane and Scottsville Road last Saturday at 12:26.
Ray, according to officers, was speeding at the time he collided with a car and hit several street signs as well as a bench, and then crashed into the CVS pharmacy.
Ray takes the driver of the car that was hit by Ray to the Medical Center. The driver of the car was also taken to Vanderbilt Hospital by his passenger. According to police, Ray and two other passengers refused treatment.
