DAYTONA BEACH (WSBT) – Police in Florida have placed a man behind bars after he threatened to “remove another person” during a dispute about remote control vehicles. He also shot a victim’s vehicle.

According to the report, Torrie L. Sloss, 42 years old, drove up to the victim on the morning of August 14 and blocked his vehicle’s movement.

Sloss caused controversy because the victim was allegedly fixing remote-controlled cars for Sloss. He reached through the window and struck the victim with his right hand.

According to police, Sloss pulled out a gun from his belt and threatened the victim who was in the passenger seat.

Investigators believe that the victim was hit with a bullet as he tried to break the window.

The victim, who was not identified, was taken to the hospital and discharged. Sloss fled to another unknown location after the incident.

The police claim that he was captured and taken to prison on August 16.
