According to the Orlando Sentinel, a Florida man is behind bars after mistaking a 66-year-old tourist with Parkinson’s disease to get a car thief.
Kevin Mena, a 21-year-old Orlando native, is charged with battery and battery life aggravated prices on an individual 65 decades old or older. Authorities stated Mena saw a guy pull on the handle of his SUV’s door in a shopping center in southern Orange County on Sunday. Video footage reveals Mena violently pushing the sufferer’s head through the doorway.
The victim, a 66-year-old South Carolina guy with Parkinson’s disease, mistook Mena’s SUV because of his daughter’s car. She discovered her dad with blood around his mouth close to the vehicle.
Mena allegedly said he believed the victim was attempting to steal his own jeep.
